How Do I Wet-clean This Rattan Lamp Please…?

I tried dusting it with a feather duster but it doesn’t get cleaned.
And a damp rag catches when I ’scan’ over an area. :/

Not sure but could try a soft brush? Try using it dry, if that doesn’t work dip the brush in hot soapy water.
