SWARNJEET KAUR RATTAN this name is acutal name which is printed on wife’s passport…..but printed at my spouse name as : SWARANJEET KAUR RATTAN

Don’t worry this happens frequently on passports. Bring documents with the correct name and you should be OK.
If questioned, you might have to go through security personnel and they will attach a simple document to carry with the correct name.
