or any local church with a thrift store
All of these should offer pick up service, it will be used for a good cause and is tax deductible.

i have patio chairs that have a dark brown varnish on them. the back rest is all faded and is now like a light cream color. i want to refinish them. do i need to take off all of the varnish on other areas first, if so how, and what do i use to re-finish them? is it easier to repaint instead? thank you!
